FOYOU MARKING — The Marker That Aligns Itself

The headline

FOYOU MARKING rests on two pillars: Vision Align (auto coordinate correction) and relief marking (a patented algorithm).

The product site is poyumark.com.

Vision Align — automating coordinate alignment

The biggest operating cost in traditional laser marking is human time. For each part, an operator aligns coordinates, installs jigs, and repeats fine adjustments. The smaller the lot size, the larger that cost.

Vision Align hands the job to the camera:

  1. The OAK-D stereo camera detects the part’s shape and position.
  2. The system computes the offset between the registered marking frame and the actual frame.
  3. The corrected coordinates are passed to the controller.

The operator places the part. The camera does the alignment.

Relief marking — photographs as depth

This is where the patented Poyutech algorithm lives.

A standard laser marker renders an image as point density. Up close it is a field of dots; the depth perception is essentially zero.

Relief marking is different. It maps an image’s luminance to depth differences in the engraving. Viewed obliquely, the result is a physical relief you can feel. The same photograph rendered as a flat shading versus a relief reads as a different object entirely.

Why OEM hardware + in-house AI

We do not manufacture the chassis ourselves. We partner with proven OEM builders. What we keep in-house:

  • AI vision algorithms (Vision Align, relief conversion)
  • Controller firmware and HMI
  • Content generation tools (photo → relief data pipeline)

That split gives us the stability of a battle-tested chassis and the iteration speed of in-house AI at the same time.

Where it fits

  • High-mix, low-volume product personalization (leather, wood, metal)
  • Educational marking equipment for schools and agencies (procurement-listed)
  • Memorial and commemorative goods (weddings, pets, family)
  • Industrial part marking for traceability

FAQ

Q01 What is Vision Align?

Vision Align uses an OAK-D stereo camera to detect the workpiece and automatically correct marking coordinates. Even when identical parts are placed slightly differently, the marking still lands in the right spot.

Q02 How is relief marking different from normal laser marking?

Normal laser marking renders shading as flat point-density. Relief marking converts an image's luminance into depth differences in the engraving, so the result reads as physical relief you can feel with your fingers. The conversion algorithm is patented by Poyutech.

Q03 Why OAK-D?

Stereo depth and an onboard AI accelerator. The camera handles inference without leaning on the host PC, and the depth information closes the calibration loop without any external rig.

Q04 Will it work with existing markers?

FOYOU MARKING is built on our own OEM machines, but the Vision Align module can be added to certain existing markers exposing standard USB or Ethernet interfaces. Send us your model and we will confirm compatibility.

Q05 Are you registered with Korean public procurement?

Yes. We are listed on Nara Marketplace and S2B, which makes us purchasable by schools and public agencies. For quotes and tender documents, email [contact@poyutech.cc](mailto:contact@poyutech.cc) directly.
